101eagle101eagle 101 Eagles are those who have gone beyond the BSA Requirements for Eagle. In addition to the Requirements set by the BSA, this Troop Award is bestowed to Scouts who complete a First Class Camp before they earn First Class, and by completing Cooking Merit Badge.
SPL SPL, or Senior Patrol Leader is a youth position that is held for 6 Month terms. He is the key elected boy leader over a troop. His duties include Troop administration and activity planning.
