Hey Landon, the menu looks good. My only recommendation would be to consider how much meat you will need for the tacos as lunch. Depending on how many owls you have, 2 lbs. may or may not be enough. Just something to consider when you go shopping. Also, just a heads-up: with the pancakes, make sure the trailer has pancake mix, as that should be a staple.
