Lunch should be quick and easy so we can get over to Brandywine by 1:00
Since we will be back later, pick a hearty supper, but not one that takes a long time to cook.

Check Spelling :)
Also, double check quantities on what you're getting when you know the number of people going . 2 gal of milk might be too much, and 1 bunch of bananas might not be enough for the 2 meals.

Looking good overall. A few things:

Consider a warming drink for snack.
Is Tomato Soup filling enough? It's quick, but not too filling - 3 cans is approx 9 cups.
You have Milk on the Snack Recipe, but do you need Milk?
Dinner is missing Ingredients. You mention pierogies, but don't have them on shopping list.
Oranges on Shopping list, not on Menu (Might be for Sun. Breakfast?)
