On one campout, serve as cook. Supervise your assistant(s) in using a stove or building a cooking fire. Prepare the breakfast, lunch, and dinner planned in First Class requirement 2a. Supervise the cleanup.

Very nice menu. For Sunday, are you having the toast that is recommended in the recipe? If so, it is not on your shopping list. You may want to add some fruit or applesauce cups for a more balanced meal. For lunch, McCormick makes a fajita seasoning packet that would add some flavor to your chicken.
