These are not from a Dutch Oven or over a campfire. Several people have asked about recipes from the Christmas Party and elsewhere where they have tried things that they really liked. So when we get one, we will post it here.

We will start with Mrs. Murray's BAKED PINEAPPLE recipe that everyone was asking about at the Christmas Party!

Baked Pineapple

2 Cans Chunked Pineapple, drained 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 Tablespoons flour 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 cup sugar 1 stick margarine

In a 2-quart casserole dish combine pineapple, sugar and flour. Toss. Sprinkle cheese on top. Sprinkle Ritz on top of cheese. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Glenda McCracken sent us her recipe from the Christmas Party! Thanks! It was a good one!

8 eggs, hard-boiled & sliced 1 lb. bacon, fried, cooled & broken into bite sizes

After washing and draining lettuce, tear into bite size pieces. Put on bottom of large salad bowl. Layer in the peas, peppers, celery, onion, cheese, bacon bits and eggs.
Mix the mayonnaise with the sugar and pour over the entire salad.
Patty Davis sent hers in response to many requests at the party:

Since a lot of people asked Sunday night, the Potato Soup was Bear Creek brand from Sam's Club. It did come in a can but now is packaged in a plastic container. Just add water and you can make from 2 - 24 servings. 2 lbs 1 oz (24 servings) for $ 6.88
I always add shredded cheddar cheese in the soup while cooking or you can add cheese when serving.
