Tenderfoot - 2a
On the campout, assist in preparing one of the meals. Tell why it is important for each patrol member to share in meal preparation and cleanup.
2nd Class - 2e
On one campout, plan and cook one hot breakfast or lunch, selecting foods from MyPlate or the current USDA nutritional model. Explain the importance of good nutrition. Demonstrate how to transport, store, and prepare the foods you selected.
1st Class - 2e
On one campout, serve as cook. Supervise your assistant(s) in using a stove or building a cooking fire. Prepare the breakfast, lunch, and dinner planned in First Class requirement 2a. Supervise the cleanup.

First of all, I was confused until I realized you mean Mountain House not Mountain Man, but that's fine. Please correct for my sanity. Friday Snack - good, Saturday Breakfast: you need more. Typically we have a fruit here and a breakfast or nutrition bar. You can also add a candy or mid morning trail snack for scouts to eat later when they want. Saturday Lunch- chips will turn to dust so consider pretzel nuggets or a pita bread. Again a hardier fruit can be used here like an apple vs. a banana. Consider a mid trail candy snack. Saturday supper - good, you may want to add bannock bread as a filler to show the younger scouts something new. We mix them thin like pancakes and cook them like pancakes. Sunday Breakfast- Looks good. maybe add a breakfast bar for finicky eaters and use the fruit cups here and fresh fruit for Saturday Lunch instead. Then list your beverage for all meals which should be water. Drink mixes make for an unnecessary clean up. Overall good start. Also make your shopping list for each meal for crews of 10.
