The Schedule of activities includes games, food, and our last Court of Honor in 2025.
Noon - 4 PM | Games and Activities
4 PM - 5 PM | Building Cleanup and Dinner Setup
We ask that families arrive at 5 PM so we can start the dinner promptly at 5:30.
A Court of Honor to celebrate all the achievements of our Scouts will take place at 7 PM
Families have been asked to bring a covered dish, based on the Patrol they are in.

Beaver - Vegetables
Falcon - Starch (Potato / Noodle)
Hawk - Starch (Potato / Noodle)
Owl - Desserts
You can always bring something else, if you want! The Scouts are sure to enjoy it.
All activities and Dinner will be at the Jim Potjunas Troop 101 Scout Center this year. See you there!

Potential for this to be the ODNR Heart of it All Jamboree.
We will meet at 9:00 Saturday morning to place flags and flowers on the veterans' graves. Make sure you are in uniform for this two-hour service project.
PARENTS: We want every Scout to be able to attend camp. If you need financial assistance, contact
Jason Paisley.

- $200 due by March 2
- $186 balance due April 13
- $271 for Adults due by May 25
BEFORE CAMP: We need as soon as possible at any meeting:
- Medical form - We will be providing free physicals in May (date TBD) and should have someone at most regular meetings in June if needed
- Camper Release Form - if for any reason a scout must leave during the week, this form authorized who can pick him up from camp.
- Questions? Uniform or equipment needs? See us at a meeting so we have time to help.
Sunday we will depart from the church at 9:00AM and return Saturday before noon.
Scouts should arrive in FULL UNIFORM - there will be a uniform inspection before we depart
Scouts with medication should turn it in at that time. It must be in the original container and match what is on the medical form.
This awesome trip starts in Cumberland MD and we bike for a week along the Potomac River until we end up in Washington DC. Adults interested in helping with the Support Crew - moving vehicles, shopping, etc. are most welcome as well.

The last time we did this trip, the cost was around $225. We expect to keep it as close as possible as we get closer to the event. Stay tuned and be sure to add this to your calendar today!

This year, join us for the annual Troop Halloween Party.
Meet at at 6pm, or carpool from the Scout Building at 5:30pm
Wear your costume, but remember this is an outdoor event, so costume accordingly.

Current Youth Members are Free
Adults, Siblings, Etc. are $6 each if participating in activities
It will be dark outside, so don't forget your flashlight!
