Works directly with the Scouts providing direction, coaching, and support.
Aid the Scoutmaster and help support the youth run program.
Supervises the unit committee and unit leaders, ensures adult responsibilities are delegated and coordinated.
Helps units be successful and provides coordination between the chartered organization and the BSA
Works with the Patrol leaders and the Scoutmaster to plan and run the Troop Program.
Works with the Alumni to ensure the program is funded and functional
